Zum Mehrmedienunternehmen »The New York Times Co.« gehören weitere Zeitungen (u. a. der »Boston Globe«) und Zeitschriften, zwei Hörfunksender in New York, acht lokale Fernsehsender, ferner mehrere Informationsdienste, Druckereien sowie Anteile an der »International Herald Tribune«. Mehrheitsgesellschafter ist die Familie Sulzberger.
